HOW TO WASH & CARE FOR HEAT FRIENDLY SYNTHETIC HAIR WIGS

 The great thing about heat friendly synthetic wigs is that they are easy to wash and care for. Heat friendly synthetic wigs allow you to have perfect hair every day with almost no effort. Caring for your heat friendly synthetic wig could not be easier. This being said, it is important to care for your wig properly in order to extend the life span and get the most wear out of it.

This guide will cover how to properly wash, condition, style and care for your synthetic hair wig.

Heat Friendly Hair Products:

Heat Friendly products are able to withstand a low amount of heat from styling tools. Always be aware of your styling tool's settings and do not go above 280 degrees.

Only use a wide tooth comb to brush your heat friendly wig.

We recommend washing your piece every six to ten wears.

To shampoo:

• Fill a basin with cool to lukewarm water and synthetic-hair shampoo
• Swish the wig gently in the water
• Rinse thoroughly in cold water
• Gently shake hairpiece out
• Drip dry
• Do not brush hairpiece when wet
• Brush into desired style when completely dry
• No setting is necessary; curls will snap back into position when the hairpiece is completely dry

Store hair similar to the way it is to be worn.

Make sure to only use shampoo and conditioner specifically suited to synthetic hair fiber. We recommend using a heat protectant when using heat to style your piece. This will prevent frizzing and will help your ends stay looking their best!
